[Resolved] Quikr India Pvt. Ltd. — payment on dated 31.07.2018 but still not start my package | |||
I have done payment on dated 31.07.2018 rs. 8800 for renew my package but Quikr team has not start my package after some days i raise a complaint in Consumer Complaints against Quikr India and on dated 13.08.2018 Mr. Shrikant (person of Quikr India) called me and told me to close to complaint and after that your package will be start within 24 hours . I told him firstly start my package and then i close the complaint but he is not ready and said firstly u close the complaint and then start your package . I said OK... then i closed the complaint in consumer complaint but still the team has not start my package .
