Quikr India — Quikr ad id:[protected] payment pending

I am Satyabrata Sahoo (A Seller) On 26th Oct I posted one Ad in your Quikr portal with Ad ID:[protected] and Buyer from Pune has been already made the payment of 2600/- and my Flute has been already delivered to him on 29th Oct.( The Buyer confirmed on the call) I have already given my bank details in Quikr portal.

Ad Name: Punam Flutes G Natural Base Bamboo Flute/Bansuri Size 25 inches with Flute Carry Case - Bangalore

I am still not getting any communication from Quikr regarding the delivery of the product and not getting any communication regarding the payment.
