This is to complain about the lack of support from the concerned quikr team to repeated requests for help. Although promised personalised support in accessing the database, no one has come from quikr in the last 4 months to help. I have been speaking to mr. Raj manthena, m. Swapna and ms. Minakshi. Though aggressive in selling the package, there were few efforts to help the customer use the package. What is the use of the package if it cannot be used by the customer.
