[Resolved] Quikr — irresponsibility and unprofessionalism of quikr and it's fraud | |||||
Hello, I had made a payment of 5200rs before 8days in quikr for a fridge. It was for quikr doorstep. Then they scheduled and rescheduled it for more than 4 times. They are not even ready to solve the issue. They are not picking up the product and deliver to me. Whenever i call, they say that seller is not responding, seller is rescheduling it n blaah blaah. But whenever i call the seller responds n sometimes he only calls me n ask why it's not picked up yet. Their customer service is really poor and rude. Today i even asked them cancel the order and do refund. But they hesitate to do that also and said that 300rs will charged if i cancel the order. I'm fed up of this company. I suggest people never make a payment in prior to a company like quikr. Was this information helpful? | |||||
