[Resolved] Quikr — item delivered through doorstep - payment not received !!!! | |||
Hello I have sold my MacBook Pro via doorstep. The item was delivered to the buyer before the due date. The amount was transferred to my Quikr account instantly. Then when I initiated to transfer the account to my bank account - The amount debited from my quikr account, but haven't been credited to my bank account. Its been 3 days! I have emailed Quikr Customercare many times, but didn't receive any reply... I can't track anything online in my account as well. The product was delivered before 9 days and I still haven't rcvd the payment!
The doorstep service is good for picking up and delivering, but the payment part is really questionable.
I haven't rcvd any call from Quickr nor have I rcvd any update on the app.
