Quikr — I've not received the payment for my goods which sold already sold thru quikr

My ad id[protected]. Materila got sold thro quikr and it got delivered to the buyer on jun 27th evening and buyer initiated payment to quikr on 27th morning.
But till now i have not got my payment and they still say logistics did not update any info. I waited patiently for more than a week now but no update from them
