I had sold the cellphone through quikr. The product never reached the buyer but the customer care people are saying that the product has been rejected by the buyer. I talked to the buyer, according to him he never got the phone delivered to him, rather he received a message from quikr that the booking has been cancelled. His refund has been initiated but its almost more than two weeks I haven't received my phone week. The customer care has stopped receiving my calls. They don't even know what is the issue with this.
