[Resolved]  Quikr — license for 4 wheeler

I am based out of bangalore and i have submitted my docs to get the license for 4 wheeler in the month of june 2019 and till now there is no update from quikr.
I am following up with them via email and every time they says that there is no update or some time they say, you will get appointment next week.
I have asked for refund and they don't want to refund it as well.

Please assist.
