[Resolved] Quikr — Listed wrong product id in website for exchange | |||
I have ordered one phone in quikrx with exchange for my optimus g .the product listed has model id e970 which is a model id for United States variant . But my phone which is indian one has model id e975 which is not at all listed in their website.so i selected optimus g e975 . so excecutive came after 20 days of order and straight away rejected my phone.how one can produce U.S. phone as a indian customer.please look into this issue as you guys wasted my time without listing proper model id for a phone.my order id 10143616. I am never going to buy anything from quikr which doesn't even confirm which model has which model id Was this information helpful? | |||
