[Resolved] Quikr — metal almirah | |||
1) ad id[protected] i bought a pink metal almirah from quikr. The buyer had agreed to my offer of 2000, but due to a technical problem in the quikr app, the payment was done for 2500. I was charged 500 rupees extra. The product was delivered to me on 05/10/2017. On sending multiple mails to quikr, my problem was not solved and i was told to contact the seller directly. I tried that too, but since the chat was disabled after the product was sold to me, i was unable to do that. 2) i did not like the product so i posted an ad to sell it back on quikr. I struck a deal with a buyer for rs. 2300 (Ad id[protected]. I called quikr support to finalize the scheduling time for the pickup and i was told that i'll get a call to schedule pickup. No such call came and the pickup guys came according to their own time, when coincidentally, i was available too. So basically the scheduling team works like this - they don't ask when i am comfortable, they just call and inform that they have almost reached for the pickup. A guy named atish shinde came for the pickup and he called the buyer and told that the product is damaged. He sent her photos of the scratches in the almirah and the buyer cancelled. I asked why the same call was not made to me when i was the buyer. I talked to his supervisor mr. Shoaib, and he told me that mr. Sanjay had made my delivery and according to him the product was okay. So basically one executive of quikr will rate the product as okay and another executive will rate the same product as damaged. Mr. Shoaib blocked my number after i called him again to complain about all this. 3) ad id[protected] I bought a quikr certified wardrobe after i had struck a deal with the buyer for the previously mentioned ad in point 2. Then i called stq furniture, (The quikr certified seller), and requested for a call from scheduling team, which she promised i would be getting. Now when that earler buyer cancelled (Due to the pictures sent by mr. Atish to that buyer), i called on the stq furniture number more than 50-60 times to cancel my order but there was no response. I wrote to quikr that i have been cheated and i need to cancel my order. But neither the order was cancelled, nor the scheduling team called. Infact, again they came according to their own comfortable timings with the product, even though i had requested another delivery time. Apart from that, i was told that there is a 5 gm silver coin offer if i buy quikr certified furniture in this period. Even that never came. And the quikr certified brand new furniture too was a little bit damaged from the left side. Was this information helpful? | |||
