Hi, this is varun on 27 feb i bought micromax canvas juice aq5001
1 hold button taking long time to open the screen
2 cannot login to gmail play store
Today i contact to ur customer representative they told me to reboot after doing that it completely reset by itself
Plz see the attached video help me to replace it with good one
