[Resolved] Quikr — Mis management in pickup and delivery and cancelled the order by itself | |||||
My order got cancelled due to weird reason. I have been shooting mails for past 10 days and calling customer care for pick up of the item, but they did not respond. One fine day, I got a pick up call from the driver and I had scheduled before 11AM, but guy came after 12.30 PM. So I rescheduled the pickup and the next day they are telling that we cancelled your order due to SLA reasons. This is insane and totally rubbish that u cancel the order when buyer and seller are willing to exchange products. Also, the buyer's payment is stuck and he is willing to continue the transaction, but somehow you cancel the order. In spite of repeated complaints, there has been no response.
