[Resolved]  Quikr — miscommunication by quikr employee.

This is with reference to ad i'd[protected], i have published one ad[protected] on 6th nov, after paying 638 (Excluding 10% quikr cash). After publishing the ad i called customer service for getting my ad published in the range of 3-5 km from my location sector 23a gurgaon. But he said no such service is available and the ad will be published through out gurgaon. Then, a person named ali called me and said that if i will take a plan of 1999 then ad will be published in the range of 3-5kms. He said he has applied 3 coupons of 150 and will include the earlier amount paid in this 1999 service so i have to pay only around 1000.

He shared a url and i paid 1035. He said that my ad will be live after 30 minutes. On the same day 6th nov, my ad went inactive state in the night. I called customer care, he told me there is no service of that particular range of 3-5 kms and your ad is published through out gurgaon which contradicts ali's statement. Today i called as there was no substantial increase in no. Of views, again the guy told me that there is only one ad running of 638 which i paid. There is no ad for 1035 rupees. So i called ali, he is just doing circumlocution and has misinformed me about the ads and got the payment by deceiving me.

As i paid extra amount for running my ads in the location of sector 23 a at the range of 3-5 km as stated by ali. Now he is saying that he was on leave yesterday and can not run my ad. He told me that first payment will be covered in the package of 1999 which will run at the range of 3-5 km from my location. Now he is saying that one ads is already active and running and he cannot post the second 1035 rupees ad as he was on leave yesterday. So, what he has done today since morning. He has not started my ads.

I want full refund, i wont recommend anyone usking quikr as i have written a mail thrice and no one has replied. Every customer care executive is saying something different.

Kindly help me to get the refund. Otherwise i will escalate all the calls and screenshot.

Hi Have submitted the original on Aug20th 2019 and till now i did not get the name transfer done, its been 60 days. They have promised me that they will complete it within 30 days. Pathetic service.
