[Resolved] Quikr — misleading and wasted time and money | |||||
Hi all, I have purchased a premium package from quikr key account executive mr. Chirag vats under quikr education for our institute in which i have been promised that a mailer will be designed as per my website and will be delivered to those who will upload their resume in quikr for job and we can also apply filters for area qualification age etc and we will get the simultaneous mail from quikr in which we will get the information of the students who receive our mailer from quikr. But after taking money mr. Chirag disappears and stop taking our phone calls then we approach the customer care of quikr by call and mails and they used to mislead us regularly by telling us that your complaint has been registered you will get call from our team soon but i haven't received any call from them and in this process i loose around 3 months after long time as i used to call customer care regularly they have transferred my lead to sridevi in chennai department. Then she designed the mailer and get it approved by us and then she ask us for our target location and we have told her that and she just deliver more than 12000 mails to their database or whom we don't know and mail us that we have delivered your service. I have mailed her and talk her on phone too and make her understand that what package i have purchased from chirag but she refuse and take mr. Chirag on conference where mr. Chirag denied that he has committed anything and just wasted my 4 months and money which i have given to them. These guys are just misleading the companies and wasting their time and money. I have wasted rs 12000 with my 4 month time and i got nothing in return. I am thanking god that i haven't purchased a bigger package as mr. Chirag is selling to me for year this company is a fraud and cant deliver any service to their customers as they promise so please keep away from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
