[Resolved]  Quikr — missing items in my order

I ordered apex 4 door wardrobe from quickr bazaar (Quickr assured doorstep service) on 10 july 2019. The product was delivered on 14th july and installation was scheduled on 18th july. When the installation guy came he told that some parts of the order were missing namely three drawers and one hanging rod. The installation guy contacted quickr to provide the missing parts. They waited for two hours for quickr to respond but there was no answer from quickr hence they went without installing the product. Since then nobody from customer care is willing to provide solution to my problem. I have tried calling them at least 10 times but they are not giving satisfactory response. I am extremely dissatisfied with quickr doorstep service. I urge quickr customer care to help me solve this matter by at least providing missing components or by initiating return request and refund my money. Thanking you

Update:The customer care is saying that they cannot help me and they are not willing to provide the missing parts or take replacement or refund.They are rude to me and are not even willing to listen to me I will never suggest quickr to anyone.They are fraudsters.They say that quickr assured products come with easy return and blah blah but in reality after we pay the money they don't give any heed to complaints of the customer.Fradulent QUICKR.

I bought an quickr assured product through quickrbazaar named apex 4 door wardrobe by spacewood with transaction Id:[protected] and ad id:[protected]
on 10th July 2019 which was delivered to me on 14th July 2019.At the time of delivery I asked the delivery man if all the items have been delivered.He replied in the affirmative and told me that 4 packages were to be delivered and there were 4 packages which were delivered to me.Now the installation was scheduled on 18th of July 2019.The carpenter arrived and started the installation.He opened all the 4 packages which were packed and to my astonishment he told me that three drawers and 1 hanging rod was missing in the package.I was extremely shocked.The carpenter tried to inform quickr, called many people but with no success.He tried to get the missing part from somewhere but it was all futile.He told me to return the product and went without installing the product.I was utterly disappointed and started writing to quickr support as well as calling quickr support to rectify the problem.They told that they would get back to me in two business days.Today I received a call from there customer support and they said that it was not there problem and denied helping me.They denied providing me the missing items, replace my product or refund my money by returning the product.They told me that I had to inform them about the missing item on the day the package was delivered itself.Now how can I inform them about what is missing in the order.There are many parts of a foot door almirah.I am not a carpenter that I can recognise all the parts of the almirah.Second problem was that in the photo of almirah it was well assembled but when delivery was made it was deassembled into hundreds of parts How can you people expect a person who does not know carpentry to recognise all the parts.Third if the complaint has to be made on the same day then installation also should be done on the same day.They even suggested to me to buy the parts personally.I tried it but these parts are of different sizes and are not available in the market as a result I am not able to assemble the wardrobe.The carpenter is himself evidence that the all the packages were packed and intact still the parts were missing.I am utterly shocked and disappointed with the rudeness the quickr support talks to me.They did not provide any solution to my problem hence I contacted consumer court and national consumer helpline to get help from them.They are now my last support to get my money back or get the missing items.In future I will never ever suggest anyone to buy through quickrbazaar or use quickr doorstep.These people are fraudsters and as soon as they get there money they never listen to any complaints of the customer.You call these products quickr assured but still no assurity to customer.

Update: You guys promised to deliver missing products on 19th July 2019 but the products have still not been delivered till date.Even installation guy contacted me to install the product but the missing items are not delivered till now.How can installation be done?
