[Resolved] Quikr — mobile replacement / refund | |||
I have ordered lg g5 on quikr.com on 10th september 2017. I received the product on 15th september 2017. They sent me a korean version of lg g5 mobile where the language is korean and few applications doesn't work like in indian version. I asked for replacement or refund. Quikr asked me to send the mobile, i sent. They received it on 26th september (As mentioned when i called) though i sent it on 19th sep. On 6th sep when i called, they said the mobile is locked and need passcode, i gave it and they asked me to wait 48 hrs. Till today i. E 10/10/2017, i haven't any resolution. Each time i need to call and they asked me to wait wait wait. Someone need to help on this kind of issues and help the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
