I have paid money for the products which was cancelled by the seller and is not received yet in my account and if i am calling customer care they are not able to resolve my query.

I was payment quikr, date 30/05/2017, quikr is cancelled item date 2jun 2017, without information me, but not refund my payment, add id.[protected], not refund my account, cancel was 11 day ago, quikr refund time 4 to 7 days, I was payment 11 days ago, my payment, not refund my account, please refund my payment .
Hello I am here to exhibit my premium ad was assigned for two bikes but it show only one bike. I'm stating to accept my proposal of adding other bike which wasn't sum up.
