[Resolved]  Quikr — money not received

I had sold a metal cupboard on 25th july. Till date i haven't received the payment of the same. There is no respond and visibility of when this will happen. I have provided my bank details twice and everytime i call they say it will be done in 3-4 days. No clue how the money is coming. Looks like specially the person has started walking from karnataka and reaching mumbai will take time. This is annoying and horrible service from quickr. I had 2 more stuff which i had to sell and i did that through olx. Its sold and money received that day itself. Probably they are bunch of professional people which is missing in quickr. Its my hard money for which i have to do follow-up and no one is bothered. I only know that i will never buy or sell stuff on this site and also will never advised anyone.

The customer care team was not effective and they could not figure out why they were not able to make the transfer. I received the call from social media team and they promised to get this resolved on next working day. Among all the people i spoke, the social media team lived their promise and my payment got processed into the same account which they are not able to earlier. I believe the customer care/finance team need to do all the due diligence in terms of resolving the things on timely manner

Interesting. I shared my 2 account details and it did not work. I shared my third account details and have no more than this.

Here is the rude response from customer representative - They Cannot do anything - at least return my product which you had picked up a month back.

Once the payment is bounced back to our account then we must need alternate bank details to reinitiate the payment else the payment will be kept on hold.
