[Resolved] Quikr — Money partially refunded for cancellation | |||||
Yesterday, i've purchased a product through online by a seller. Due to some concerns with the product not met my requirements, i've requested for cancellation. During the cancellation, as specified by quikr team there wouldn't be any cancellation charges as the product not been picked up. They told the amount will be refunded. Now, the new story starts they started charging on my payment & didn't refund my full payment. They charged me a cancellation fee of 200/- without any proper reason. They're saying new rule that when buyer makes full payment a cancellation fee of 200/- will be charged. Was this information helpful? | |||||
