Quikr — moto e3 power quikr assured mobile replacement

Bought quikr certified moto e3 power and it stopped working within a few days. As quikr assured cellphones has 7 days replacement guarantee as they claim over website i asked for a replacement, send all the details many times, there is a trail of emails, called customer care many times as well but the end result is zero no replacement not even they are replying now. Such a fraud and pathetic company it is, willing to take legal action against this crap called quikr as promising 7 days replacement guarantee they are cheating customers and making fool out of them. This # called quikr need to be in trash now. Simply disgusting. If any quikr official whoever can resolve it can go through the case and provide replacement of my phone otherwise i have to handle it legally.
