Quikr is the worst and most pathetic website to deal with. I had posted my add with a Sofa set along with TV unit for sell. I have a buyer who has made the payment to Quikr for the product but now when it's on a verge of selling they have it declined saying its a multiple product which can't be sold in one ad. I spoke to customer service and explained them my situation i.e I'm serving my dad in hospital and didn't knew about this policy. But they understood and informed me as one off request they would get this picked if it's the same address. So on there instruction's I dismantle the product and was waiting for the scheduling team to get this picked up. But later again the next day I get a call stating this cannot be done and there would be a need to re-post the ad with 2 different products wherein I was given assurity that the product will be picked up and there is no need to re-post the ad. I have been calling the customer service team again and they fall into arguement with me and said they cannot do anything for me wherein it was 2 representative's from theer end assuring me the multiple item would be picked. I spoke to Thasmiya a floor supervisor and she asked me to wait for 1 hr as she would call me back with a solution. I waited for 2 hr and didn't get a call back and hence I called again and she informed me to speak to Rajesh who is the Team Leader. But he too wasn't any help and disconnected the call. The next time I call again and speak to Balaji who was a TL from Scheduling team and he informed me there is no Team Leader by name of Rajesh in that Organisation. This is a clear fake activites happening in the Quikr team and it's unethical to transfer the call to any other colleague. I am shocked with how the organisation is working and there is no provision to help the customer wherein it's a wrong information provided by there team. Please need to see strict action taken against the team for faking the call by handing over the call to fake supervisor who could have possibly be faking many things with other customer's as well. And need a help for my products to be picked up and I should get justice against this pathetic service provider "Quikr".
