[Resolved] Quikr — my product 3 door wooden almira is not yet delivered. | |||
I have done my payment on thursday and the seller has delivered the product on saturday morning. The delivery boy called me an told that they have broken my almira, so it will take time and they will deliver it on sunday. Now its monday and still i didn't get my product. I have written this mail to support team.. But nobody has contacted me from the support team. From saturday till today (Monday), i am the one who is calling and taking the follow up that where is my product. You guys needs to show some professionalism by contacting me and telling the exact reason why the product is not been delivered to me. Everyday i am getting rescheduled message form quikr that it. I have paid whole amount online and now the quikr team is not even brother to contact me. If you cant delivered the product please refund my money.
