[Resolved]  Quikr — My product is not delivered

And the product is picked up on 27/03and it was scheduled to vijayawada on 31_03_17but up to know I don't know the tracking information of my product.since Three days iam calling Co tinfoil to scheduling team and deliver team they are not giving me the information just telling accelated the problem . My ticket no also given no use. Please help me the machine costs 5700 which means a lot to me. Please please help me

Updated by Aziz khan786 I my product is usha janome wonder stitch machine. I buyed in bangalore I had done online payment on 23/03 and my product is picked on 27/03. I got schedule of delivery to vijayawada on 31_03 to vijayawada. But I still didn't get any product. Since from five days iam continuously calling Quikr schedule team and delivery team, but every day each and everyone who ever lifts the call asks 24hours for them to help. But until own I did not get any product information correctly. My product ad nois[protected]it is usha janome wonder stitch machine it's worth reading 5700i made online payment. So please please please, help me
