[Resolved] Quikr — No Door step delivery even after making full payment; No refund yet | |||||
I had made complete payment on 16th April for a particular item and booked for door step delivery.. My order ID is[protected] So far I have not received a single cal from quikr. Waited for 2 days then I called their customer care; first they told my I will be called next morning to schedule delivery this item. Again no calls from quikr Next day when I called quikr they told the item cannot be delivered and my order will be cancelled and I will get full refund. Since then almost 5 days has passed neither any change in the status of my order nor any refund. Please make the full refund today itself. With this experience, I will never ever purchase from quikr nor I will recommend anyone to purchase anything from quikr Was this information helpful? | |||||
