Quikr — No proper response and block my email

Hi I have been cheated by a seller from quickr he has sent a table lamp instead of a dslr ..of cash 20, 000inr So i have called up the customer care... That lady asked me to send an email along with the screenshot of that ad... And send it to [protected]@quickr.com.. After i sent it it was blocked! So immediatly i called the customer care number.. But it just said the docomo number ur calling doesnt exist... Plz help me i have given police complaint too... But i need atleast the adress of that seller to track him... Kindly help.. This is my mom's hard earned money
