Quikr — no refund and no product

I ordered apple watch from a company named hubzone
I was asked to pay 18000 in prepaid and after a week they said they don’t have the product and i asked for a refund
I was asked to pay gst amount 4500 to receive the refund.
And again i was asked to pay 10000 for some cheque issues l.
But i didn’t receive any refund till now.
It is a fake company
