[Resolved] Quikr — no refund for more than 3.5 months | |||
I ordered a phone from quikr certified mobiles on 20th june 2018. They delivered the wrong product, took it back for a replacement on 27th/28th june. It has been more than 3.5 months now that they haven't sent the product, neither are they giving me a refund. Every time i mail them asking for my refund they say they have escalated the matter and i will receive an update soon. But they just dont want to process my refund. I have paid rs 4999 for the product. My order id is 10429070. Was this information helpful? | |||
