[Resolved]  Quikr — No Refund for returned Bed from last 6 months.

This ticket is actually from a GoZEFO ( a quikr company) but I am not able to contact them.As they have closed down a service called GoZefo, which has not paid a refund even after 6 months of the product return. I bought the product in Sep 2021 and then found the product defective.

I had raised many tickets/emails/phone calls for this order. Zefo 745016. It seems now the company has changed its name or closed. But the refund never came. The latest ticket was [protected] where someone in December 2021 said they will send a refund in 14-15 days. It never came.
Now I have raised a couple of tickets on the Quikr platform also - the latest is #820251 / #836166. They said at the start of Feb that the refund will come in 7-10 days.
But still refund is not there, and there are no Updates.

I have spent the extra money to send back the furniture as no service was provided by Quikr to uninstall and pack the bed. and on repeated calls the pickup driver came in almost 2 weeks.

They have given some reference Id of refund - but it never reached
