[Resolved]  Quikr — No refund received for an unboxed phone.

I ordered an unboxed smartphone from Quikr, paid for it by my debit card. I cancelled the order in less than a day. The order was not dispatched. I was expecting a refund in 1-2 working days.
But of course, I was told by the customer service that it will be done within 7 working days. Disappointing, but totally acceptable.
I waited for 7 working days, during which the many mails that I had sent were replied by a pre-written email templates. This was annoying, but okay. I kept mailing them, and got the same response.
At the tenth day(today), I decided to give them a call. After a waiting period and a few connected calls, the representative on the phone is telling me that the refund has already been initiated, and passively pointed out that it is an error from my side, and I need to send my bank statement's screenshot.

I agreed, and did it. And wrote a mail about the problems I am having as the refundable amount is 20000+, which is a huge amount for me. And I got a mail saying that "Please provide with the correct bank statement."
This is really getting out of my hand now, I am not being refunded and am being stalled.

Shopping(or, attempting to shop) at Quikr is turning out to be a bad experience for me. I am writing this under some stress, and I hope that Quikr figures this out as soon as possible. I need a good response from them.

I have still not been refunded, or contacted via email about this issue. This is not a good way to deal with your customers by holding their money!

You may proceed with legal action against them as filing FIR and complaint in Cyber crime to find some suitable action in this regard
