[Resolved] Quikr — No refunds No replacement - Order ID 10056700 | |||
Ordered a phone on 21 Sep, Order id: 10039426, and received a faulty one on 25th October. I've sent the same for replacement and against that a new order id was generated on 23 Nov. The new order id: 10056700. The phone is not yet shipped till 1st Dec 2015. apart from emailing and contacting them several times. Only false commitments came from quikr executives. Till now the phone is not shipped and i'm told that its been sent to the courier personnel and shall be shipped in next 2 days. The same commitment was made on 24th Nov by Ankit from Quikr. I was told that the product will be shipped and will be delivered by 30th Nov. I've sent emails to [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in and called their number[protected] but no solution was provided. The bank account details were also sent hoping for a refund but nothing happened. No refund and No replacement till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 5, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved At last, full refund by Quikr was done after following up for several days. As I kept on emailing them for refund. There was no inventory available with them and they couldn't ship the phone on promised date. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
