Paid the full amount on 6th april. Item was supposed to be delivered on 7 th. But the item is not even picked up till now.
I have been calling customer care and was being given false status like item is picked up and is on the way.
It was getting rescheduled from 7th for reasons not known. Me and the seller have been getting messages that we are not reachable. Whereas there was no such issue and we could a always contact each other. This was also reported to customer care.
Now i am seeing that the details of this order and my other offers are also not appearing in my account.
Even my calls are not going through to customer care. The same is the experience of the seller. Was this information helpful? |
