[Resolved] Quikr — No response from quikr doorstep regarding delivery of product | |||||
I bought ps3 video game dvd through quikr doorstep and made the payment on 30-march-2017. The next day i got the call from quikr doorstep for booking the timeslot for delivery of said product. As confirmed by quikr, the delivery or product had been confirmed for 02-april-2017 (Sunday). As i couldn't received further info regarding delivery, i called quikr on 04-april and they told me that the delivery couldn't be done as logistics doesn't work on sundays, this was surprising for me that for such a renowned e-com services, i got such a response. The quikr staff on call assured me that she is raising the issue and response will be received within 24hrs. Still as no response was received from quikr, i called them again on 07-april-2017 and the staff again told me that she is escalating the issue and will surely get the response within 24-48 hrs. This is very surprising and disappointing to face such issues with quikr. Please attend this issue as soon as possible as this doesn't put a good image on consumers.
