[Resolved]  Quikr — no responses on my premium ads

I have taken many times premium package from quikr. All times there was good response and chatting with customers.
Now i take premium package of 10000 on 6 october 2018. Today is 19 october. Not a single reply or response of my 50 premium adds. Also there are no views for my adds. I contacted many times support team. No one taking care of my problems. Also there is not make offer and chat options for my adds. I write complaints. No one taking care.
