[Resolved] Quikr — no service provided for premium ad | |||
I was. Called by quikr to change by ad to premium and they told me that they have buyers ready for this product and they will immediately connect me to buyers They charged my credit card for 4 products and told me they will call back and help with the ad. But now they have stopped responding. Pushpalatha s marketing specialist sent me only 1 email and since then i have called her 10 times and sent 20 plus followup mails but she has chosen to not respond I have not got any service to date for the money i spent. I am highly disappointed and feel olx is more trustworthy and i was cheated by ajay from quikr Was this information helpful? | |||
