Quikr — non delivery of moto e | |||
Hello sir, This is to inform you that, i have placed a mobile moto e last wednesday (01-jan-2020) which committed to delivery product on next day 02-jan-2020 and paid rs 1000 in advance, but still today i dont find any information. Even i called customer care for 5 times to know about the status, as they asked to check with bazaar and ivr announcement was 2 hours of working day. Iam not getting any right response from your team Kindly treat my complaint on priority and let me know the delivery date of mobile.
