Quikr — non delivery of moto e | |||
Hello sir, This is to inform you that, i have placed a mobile moto e last wednesday (01-jan-2020) which committed to delivery product on next day 02-jan-2020 and paid rs 1000 in advance, but still today i dont find any information. Even i called customer care for 5 times to know about the status, as they asked to check with bazaar and ivr announcement was 2 hours of working day. Iam not getting any right response from your team Kindly treat my complaint on priority and let me know the delivery date of mobile. you will pick up my product on the scheduled day(29/12/19) .today 5th day, but not pickup, no call, no respond, daily i call on costumer care, but not reply after 5th day .
