[Resolved] Quikr — Non receipt of sale amount | |||||
I advertised 'sale of office table' vide ad id[protected] and it was sold for rs. 450 vide offer id:[protected]:32pm, 27-apr-16. Quikr took delivery of office table from me. I got following confirmation : Congratulations! We would like to inform you that the payment has been initiated to your account for the ad id[protected] as on 3rd of may and the same will be credited to your account with in 3-4 working days. Till now i am following up with quikr but no resolution is given. Every time i got following standard reply. We regret for the inconvenience caused, we escalated the issue with the finance team, they working for the same, we will revert you back soon as possible. IT is good that immediately after lodging complaint with consumer complaints website they have notified to quikr customer support. That is good. Hope complaint will be resolved.
