[Resolved] Quikr — not being refunded even after 5-7 working days

This is a worst app ever... They want buyers to make instant payment where as for three refund of our own money we need to beg them... It was a problem from their end as the seller mentioned that he had a wardrobe that can't be dismantled.. Quikr fails to provide transportation for bulk items and if this is their problem why do they ask for instant payments??? Worst customer service the customer care executive speaks double meaning words if we ask for our money.. Till date haven't received my money for making the payment on 28th of oct..

Updated by Rakshitha Nandish I had purchased a wardrobe and made instant payment to quikr while they failed to deliver the wardrobe as it couldn't be dismantled.. and I've made the payment on 27th Oct and have been behind them being my own money till date I've sent the bank statements to [protected]@quikr.com too while they say the payment is made on 3rd November where as the bank says that there is no such transaction id present... M frustrated and lodging a police complaint...I've already registered here where I had no response...What I'd like to convey others is don't use this app as it is fraudulent... I
