[Resolved] Quikr — Not delivering product and denied for cancellation and refund | |||||
I ordered a product on 12th April. Today is 26th April and I haven't received it yet. Since then I have been calling them daily and they said that in 24 hrs it ill be resolved. Today I got the call from the delivery person, he assured me that he will deliver it by 1 pm but when I called back, he said he has some work and is going out of town. Daily the chief executive is telling me that this has been put as a prior service and still nothing is happening. Neither they are delivering nor canceling it. I don't want it anymore. I have made an online payment. Cancel my order and refund the whole amount without putting any cancellation fees. Worst service ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
