[Resolved] Quikr — Not getting paid for the products being sold through quikr - wasting time on customer support calls and emails to quikr | |||||
Dear sir / madam This is with reference to ad #[protected] We have sold our products to a buyer through this ad (2 almirahs). Quikr had sent us notification messages and documents informing that the payment will be done to us after delivering the products between 3-5 days. We have still not received the payment and are writing mails daily to [protected]@quikr.com and calling their customer support. Everyday we are hearing that they have technical issues and we need to keep waiting. Even on asking the process to return our products / or asking to talk to a senior, they are informing that there is no process or person they hand over calls to. This is highly frustrating and we have no solution to this. Please help us We have all documents that are required to support this discussion and account statement indicating no transfer of money has been done to us.
