[Resolved] Quikr — not getting refund of 4399 | |||
I have bought a table on 17th November 2019. It was delivered without a quality check. On the same day of the delivery, it was taken back by QUIKR people due to its bad quality. They said they are going to cancel it and refund the full amount. Till now(17 December 2019) I have not received any refund. I tried to call reach customer care on[protected]. The auto-response says that my problem will be addressed in max 2 hours. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM QUIKR. So I wrote to the management(as given in https://bangalore.quikr.com/html/contact.php) regarding the refund.. but I have not got any reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
