They are giving fake information, and promises. One of their staff called me and mail me "dear sir As discussed we will be giving you 50 platinum for 3 month. Ads posting will be done from our side 50 platinum (Each ads will be valid for 30days) Make use of these ads within 3 months from the date activation paid listings: premium / gold / platinum type listings with premium / gold / platinum flags over your ad to boost the visibility upto 5 times and responses upto 6 times by showcasing your ad in the top 8 slots of our search page, Make use of these ads within 5 months from the date activation." sujitha contact number [protected]) is a big cheater. Till now she didint post any add, and she is not attending my calls. Yestrday i sent one mail to their premium services department, regarding this and mentioned her name also, today she called me from quikr number with her friends and fooling me (This is the number [protected], she is a malayalee she tolled me "ayyo madam pavam sujithayane onnum cheyyaruthe" after this she and her friends laughed and disconnect the phone Quikr like big company if appointing any person in their firm, they are not looking for any ethics, responsibility. From all my experience i came to know that quikr company doesn't have any commitment to customer. Giving fake information and collecting money from customers that is your vision, ultimate motive If i am writing anything to quikr, i will get auto generated mail like your complaint is registered your ticket number is so and so will contact you, thats all. No is contacting. But if my add is expiring minimum 10 persons will call from quikr to renew my add. I am an owner but their add its mentioned as broker only because of that i am not getting any response. Asd iam a paid member also, i paid for platinum add. Was this information helpful? | |||||
