Quikr — not provided the service | |||
I have taken premium ad services on jan 3rd and already explained the sales person that i'll be relocating to out of india in 3 days and the sales person assured me that with in that time frame they will take care of everything. I have reminded the team multiple times from jan 4th till jan 6th and they always gave me false commitment that everything will be sorted out and i will be informed immediately but unfortunately nothing happened. I was in regular touch with faizan (Looking after my ad) and rima (Door step pickup services). Needless to say they both given excuse that it will get sorted out and they never came back to keep their customer's commitment. Also not addressing urgency of the customer after paying the premium services. I completely feel cheated and disheartened with the low level of quikr service. I requested them to reimburse premium ad fees of 499+3000= 3499 but even after 1 day there are no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
