Quikr — Not received money against ad ids[protected],[protected] | |||||
The goods were picked by Quikr against the above ad ids on 21st Jan. The goods have been delivered to the buyer. As per the agreement with Quikr they state that payment will be made within 3-4 days after delivery to buyer. I have still not received any payment and on follow up have been told that the money has been refunded to the buyer ! Their systems do not seem to be in place, they have no method to track what has happened and inspite of repeated complaints they have still not approached the buyer to get the money. The buyer has confirmed to me that she has got the refund from Quikr. The buyer obviously having received the goods without any payment is in no hurry to clear the matter. But I am stuck, as there is no action being taken and no response from Quikr on the matter. Since their agreement states that payment would be done within 3-4 days post delivery, they must stick by that. If they have no system to track that payment was refunded to buyer and inspite of that they picked up the goods from the seller, then why is the seller made to suffer ! This is only going to discourage sellers from selling on Quikr as there is no guarantee of the payment coming in. Quikr seems to take no responsibility of the same. Also post pickup of goods, I had received a call to confirm that the goods were picked up, so they did reach that point wherein they confirmed the pickup. Was this information helpful? | |||||
