The details of my order:

D. product: apple iphone 5s 16 gb (excellent condition)
I bought a apple iphone 5s 16 gb from quikrx which was tagged as being in "excellent" condition. on receiving the phone i find out that it was not in "excellent" condition. it has the following problems:
1) charging adapter given is not working as insert cable slot is moved to up. adapter seems to be duplicate
2) as given in specification this phone is in excellent condition but i can see large visible dent above headphone input slot
3) as given in specification this phone is in excellent condition but i can see screen pop out from top right hand side
4) quality of camera is not matching to the apple iphone 5s. i had inspect picture taken from this phone and same picture taken from another iphone 5s and there is quite large blur images with red line
5) focus in camera is not working at all.
6) charging cable provided is not certified as when i try to connect it, it shows error as "data cable connected is not supported or recommended."
7) home button is "pop up", it gives noise while click.
I called the customer care and explained them about this, they request me to drop an e-mail to "[protected]@quikr.com" with details of issue. as per their request i sent an e-mail. after waiting for a week i again call to customer care where they said, they are waiting for higher authority approval and quality manager approval. for 2 weeks they are just keep on hold by various reason like "issue in bangalore so we don't have team to approve" or "our team has just left the office, call us tomorrow morning". after various calls and request finally they arrange reverse pick up. so they reverse pick up phone on 09th aug. now its been again more than week but no update. when i call customer care they said "waiting for defected phone list" to come, after that only they will raise replace phone order for me. when i asked why list not been come to you they don't have answer for this. when i asked to transfer my call to concern department and let me talk they said "sir we can not transfer your call to any department". i have spend more than 500 rs. on just calling their customer care number which isn't even toll free.
It's been month and i am just waiting for phone. multiple e-mail been sent to quikr but no response.
This is something unexpected behavior from such a good and knowing firm.
Now i am planning to register a complaint with national consumer helpline against quikr.
