Dear team, I opted for rto noc service and your executive offed me service charge as 2500 and the same was paid via online. After long (12 days) discussion and with lot of documentations submission, your executive came with the double price demand i. E 5000 which totally unethical. Now your excative are agreed to refund my money, but still i am not able to receive money and some times customer care number is switched off, and response is poor Kindly do the needful on urgent basis, Bike number as : up16 ab 1388 Was this information helpful? PATHETIC SERVICES.
We have purchased premium adds package, where we were promised to have all premium add features such as pin to top, spotlight, etc. But we were not delivered all those features. At the time of selling, the sales girl was eating our head like anything forcing us to do payment everyday and night. Once the payment was done, she got disappeared and not even responding our calls. We are still complaining on other helplines or customer care numbers but not getting what we were promised. Need our money Back. Dont want to use any more services from QuiKR.
