[Resolved] Quikr — Order not delivered on given time and two days later I was told that it has been delivered to another buyer | |||||
I made a payment for add ID[protected]. And it was scheduled to deliver to me by friday 24th, March 2017 between 7:00 to 10:00 am, which was not delivered.. I made several calls to customer care they just keep on telling me for sure it will be delivered by evening.. Still it was not delivered so I again called customer care and requested to talk to a supervisor. The call was transferred to Punith R and he gave assurance that the product will be delivered to me by today Saturday 25th March 2017 at any cost, Which again didn't happen.. I again made several calls to quikr and then there repsetative R Pavan Kunar assured by toady 5:00 he will let me know the delivery time and will personally make sure the issue is resolved that also didn't happen.. At 6:00 pm I again called Quikr and than Pavan told to give another 15 mins to him he will get back to me. He called me in 15 mins and told me that the oder has been delivered to another buyer because seller has created another add at storeRM which is a differet portal of quikr and other buyer made payment there and it was delivered to that person..so they are cancelling the product and will initiate the refund.. I had similar experience with one more add Id[protected] where quikr damaged the product in transit and wanted me to get this delivered to my place inspite of cancelling the product.. Still now they have not canceled the and calls me to get the delivery done.. And If I cancel then i need to pay 200 rs more for cancellation. I have share the photos which quikr driver Jayraj shared with to Punith and requesting him to cancel the product but still I have not received any response.. Worst experience with Quikr.. Guys please do not trust quikr its is a fraud company which just make fool out of the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
