[Resolved] Quikr — Offers being made without the knowledge of customer on quikr website | |||||
Dear sirs, I would like to highlight security lapses in the quikr website system. Even after switching off smart offers, offers are being made without my knowledge. I am also receiving phone calls from your team asking if i would to accept some offer which i had not initiated in the first place. When i tried to explain to your team member, they refused to listen and implied that it was my problem. I also told them that the offer is not showing up on my doorstep offers dashboard. The lady still replied saying that it was my problem to deal with. Very unprofessional and untrained. I have emailed quikr multiple times and they have not responded.
