[Resolved] Quikr — order cancellation and refund | |
Quikr has failed to refund my money even after nearly 22 days after my cancellation of the order. Its customer care is helpless and is not giving me any useful information. I'm constantly sending emails to which i receive the same answer that the problem has been escalated. I have been repeatedly told that someone by the name of ms zabral jeniffer would get in touch with me to solve this issue. Nobody by that name had gotten in touch through phone or email. What should i do if this disregardful behaviour continues from their side? Was this information helpful? | |
