[Resolved] Quikr — Order cancelled after making full payment and confirmation from customer care regarding availability of goods | |||||
I got a call from Quikr on 27th Jan that the following order has been cancelled for which I have made full payment of Rs. 3500. Not sure how the order got cancelled despite the product being in Quikr storage. Before purchasing the item I had confirmed with Quikr support that the item available for purchase and cannot be cancelled by seller since it is in quikr storage. Very bad service from Quikr.
