[Resolved] Quikr — Order cancelled after making full payment and confirmation from customer care regarding availability of goods

I got a call from Quikr on 27th Jan that the following order has been cancelled for which I have made full payment of Rs. 3500. Not sure how the order got cancelled despite the product being in Quikr storage. Before purchasing the item I had confirmed with Quikr support that the item available for purchase and cannot be cancelled by seller since it is in quikr storage. Very bad service from Quikr. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.
