[Resolved] Quikr — Order cancelled by quikr | |||||
I placed an order to buy a second hand fridge on Quikr. The Ad id and order no are: Ad Id:[protected] Order :[protected] Order place date: 1 may 2016 I had raised an offer on 1st may which was accepted and i paid whole amount. The next day Quikr informs me that order is cancelled because the seller did not accept that offer. I am not able to understand if the seller did not accept the offer how was I able to pay the whole amount which is with Quikr. The person who called me told me the seller is not giving the product. I am sure it is not my responsibility as I am following all polices of Quikr regarding offers and payment. On calling their customer care, the representative put me on hold for 15 minutes without any sound. I am surprised the way Quikr has behaved here not respecting their own policies. However, if they have a policy where seller can cancel order AFTER PAYMENT ALSO, please send me the link of document where it is written. Was this information helpful? | |||||
